The Loire Valley has many wines that are little known to us and, in addition to the well-established Crémant producers such as Bouvet Ladubay, there is also the Cabernet Franc grape variety. She is the red wine queen in the Valley of the Castles and Philippe Alliet is one of the most renowned producers in this great region.
