The Cave de Tain is one of the best and most dynamic cooperatives in France. The competent David Quillin is the brains behind it and brings the secrets of the Hermitage terroir closer to the entire wine world.

After the excursion we come to the Esprit de Granit from the best locations with vines that are on average 35 years old. The beloved varietal aromas of Syrah combine with the elegant aging in new and used 400 liter barrels: ground pepper, blackberries, plums, licorice, espresso and a touch of smoke. The palate is then pampered by a full-bodied body with fine-grained tannins and a very persistent finish.
