Ca' del Bosco's Cuvée Prestige Brut is more than just a sparkling wine - it is a sensual ballet of spicy and fruity notes that unfolds on the tongue and is a feast for the senses . This sparkling treasure from Lombardy is a carefully composed symphony of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes. The vines are on average over two decades old and thrive on the most fertile soils in the wine-growing region.
The cuvée shines with a seductive bouquet in which the flavor notes of peach and apple set the tone. A touch of brioche notes and spice plays a creamy melody on the tongue, which leads to a harmonious finale thanks to the elegant perlage on the finish.
This fine wine unfolds its full potential when served at a temperature of 6-8 °C. Whether as an aperitif, with fish and seafood or on special occasions - the Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta Brut Cuvée Prestige is always an excellent choice.
