Absolut spektakulär: Anders kann man dieses Juwel von der Sonneninsel Mallorca nicht bezeichnen. Das liegt an der gewagten Kombination von Chardonnay und der nur auf Mallorca vorkommenden Prensal Blanc, aber auch am vielfältigen Ausbau des Traubenguts, nämlich gemischt in Burgunderfässern, Betoneiern und Stahltanks. Die Rebberge von Binigrau werden allesamt nach biologischer Methode gepflegt, allerdings ohne Zertifikat. Die Gebrüder Batle haben mit Vollgas ihren Traum der perfekten Bodega erfüllt und gehören nach nur wenigen Jahren bereits zur Spitze Mallorcas. Wen wundert's!
