A careful composition of 60% Clairette, 20% Grenache Blanc, 10% Roussanne and 10% Bourboulenc forms the heart of this wine. The play of scents is reminiscent of a summer stone path: slate meets sun-warmed lemon zest, lavender fields, sweet drops of honey, the innocence of white flowers and the juicy bite of a nectarine.
