Germany is famous for its Rieslings, but there are also other great white varieties, which you can try for yourself with this example.

The accent is on the incredible freshness, with apples, ripe pears and notes of roasted hazelnuts typical of Pinot Gris on the nose.

With skill, hard work, ambition and a lot of intuition, Daniel Wagner has made it to the top of the Rhine-Hessian producers and one can confidently say that the switch to organic cultivation has even increased the quality and sustainability.
