The Lodovico 2018 from the world-famous Tenuta di Biserno shows an excellent level of focus and sharpness in this vintage. This full-bodied top Tuscan wine is very intense while maintaining balance and aromatic equilibrium. It shows a complex intensity with a great abundance of fruit. The Lodovico 2018 walks the proverbial and elusive line between power and elegance. The blend consists mainly of Cabernet Franc, with smaller amounts of Merlot and Petit Verdot. Fermentation takes place in conical steel containers for up to four weeks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels (80% of the total, the remaining 20% ​​in steel tanks) and aging in barriques (80% new oak) for 16 months.
