I love the Dominio de Atauta! A wine full of freshness and balance , with rich finesse, juicy and with very fine-grained tannins and bursting with youth. This year the Dominio de Atauta is fully ripe and the grapes developed a lot of flavor and aromas thanks to the long ripening cycle. The new style of Dominio de Atauta does not belong to the Riberas overloaded with barrique aromas, but to the new generation of noble, balanced Tinto Finos influenced by the hot days and cool nights.
