The pure Echalier consists of the best individual vineyards from the oldest vines at Domaine Bobinet. The grapes give a unique taste that is characterized by a nice concentration. The Echalier is only made in the best vintages and matures in wooden barrels for over a year after traditional maceration. This top wine has a deep complexity : its structure is dense and velvety, taut and structured. On the palate, the countless aromas are perfectly balanced between ripe fruits, earth and spices. The low yields of the plot make this wine somewhat exclusive - Echalier is very sought after!
