The Nadal winery was founded in 1510 by Can Nadal Boadella. Since 2000, Nadals have specialized in the production of Cava. The big change followed in 2018. The Cava label covers different regions of Spain with a wide variety of requirements. Nadal and five other wineries from Catalonia felt compelled to focus on the tradition of high-quality Reserva sparkling wines from the Penedes region and to reflect this tradition with their own label. “Corpinnat” is the name of the new label. This means that the now nine wineries have set themselves incredibly high standards . This is primarily about the region and quality, but also about social responsibility towards the grape producers.
