The Chateau Coutet 2007 has a very intense bouquet of lemon curd and orange blossom mixed with honey notes. There is an impressive precision, almost crystal-like. The palate is medium-bodied with a very fine viscous flow, considerable weight, intensity and racy acidity. There's also a lot of tension that runs through layers of viscous fruit on the sorbet-like finish. This is a typical Coutet through and through and it should age effortlessly until 2030
