In the heart of the Campo de Borja region, the Gil family winery, known as Bodegas Morca, is dedicated to the noble art of cultivating Garnacha wines of exquisite quality. Inspired by the sophisticated techniques of Bodegas El Nido in Jumilla, the family relies on careful grape reduction, meticulous post-harvest selection and only first-class French oak barrels.

The Godina, a special jewel of the winery, is made from the younger grapes. These are meticulously read by hand. Winemaking involves maceration lasting 6 to 8 days, followed by controlled fermentation of the must at 22 to 26 °C in stainless steel tanks. A 15-month aging in carefully selected French oak barrels gives the wine its unique touch. Each barrel is specially selected for the limited production of this wine. The wine is also certified vegan and free of any animal products. A true expression of purity and craftsmanship.
