In the relatively fresh north of Italy, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, is the famous Volpe Pasini winery and its 52 hectares of vineyards. Here it produces the typical white grape varieties Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon blanc, Ribolla, Tocai or Chardonnay under the Volpe Pasini and Zuc di Volpe lines with exemplary expression and character.
The Grivò appears inconspicuous as long as it does not reach our senses. But woe betide him if he is let loose on them. Then it catches the eye with its straw yellow color and captivates us with its typical aromas of fresh apple, pear and lemon. On the palate it is compact, clear and ends with a substantial finish on seductive fruity notes. A multifaceted wine that is the ideal companion for almost every occasion. Benvenuto alla tavola!
