The Prosecci offerings are just as varied as the tastes, which is why there isn't much to write about this favorite Swiss sparkling wine. Not much needs to be said about this example, because it combines everything that clearly distinguishes a good Prosecco from a bad one: fine and intense perlage, unmistakable fruit play of the Prosecco grape, not dry, but also not as sweet as a Sauternes and with Provided with champagne corks.
