Peter Sisseck's latest project was created in the historic center of the Ribera del Duero: the Bodegas y Viñedos Alnardo. A good 400 winegrowers with the smallest plots and ancient vines are involved in this unique project in which Sisseck buys and presses their grapes for PSI.
The PSI is aged in predominantly used barrels, so it brings the full potential and typicality of this unique region into the bottle. Not only the name (Peter Sisseck's initials), but also the style bear the master's unmistakable signature: incredibly powerful and at the same time perfectly balanced - a wine with an extraordinary structure and yet for almost every day.
